Refund & Cancellation

Participants/Registrants can withdraw/cancel participation in a live Webinar by notifying the online compliance panel at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of a Live Course Session/Online Webinar.

If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above-mentioned stipulated time or if he/she fails to attend the Live Course Session/Online Webinar, refund claims will not be entertained. However, In such cases, requests for access to the recording will be accepted after the webinar has occurred. (The recording is available the next day and is to be accessed for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.) "OR" the attendees can avail a different webinar that has the same price tag.
